At the point of your initial enquiry, we will assess your requirements and give professional advice in terms of specific products or ranges which may be considered a best fit for your needs based on factors such as design, specification and budget.

Once we have jointly established that we can meet your criteria, we will determine the best strategy to move your enquiry forward at a pace which suits you. This might initially be a combination of images supported by sketch plans with budget costs. If appropriate, we will then arrange a home, office or site visit to fine tune your requirements.

Home, Office or Site Visit
We offer a complete home, office or site visit service whether for free-standing pieces or fitted furniture such as wardrobes or walk-in-closets. During this visit we will take all appropriate dimensions and undertake as detailed a survey as is necessary to provide you with a detailed quotation

Our design advice in the selection of finishes, fabrics etc is generally offered free of charge, however if required, we also offer a more comprehensive interior design service which would be charged on an hourly rate or, if preferred, a fixed fee basis. We provide layout plans, where appropriate, for sign off & approval by you prior to manufacture.

Small Works
Our small works team will undertake small build works or property modifications on your behalf to accommodate such as built-in-wardrobes or walk-in-closets to give you the benefit of a single point of contact if preferred.

Delivery & Installation
We offer a full delivery & installation service which includes the removal of all rubbish and cleaning down of all furniture or items supplied by us. At the time of survey we will determine optimum sizes for individual pieces and will address any building access issues. Delivery & installation charges will be identified separately on our quotation. 

Once your requirements have been fully determined, we will provide a fully detailed quotation with unit costs so you can see clearly each item including dimensions, finish, fabric choices etc. Our commercial terms will be outlined at this point. Our quotation will include all images and supporting plans or design information as appropriate. We will ask you to sign and initial these documents as part of the contract between us prior to manufacture or commencement of any works.

After Sales Service
All of our product ranges carry a manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee which will pass to you on final payment. Our service team will address any issues with damages or faulty goods as promptly as is possible.

We have in place Public Liability insurance of £5m details of which can be provided on request.
